Friday, 7pm - 10pm: Rough Body Rope Prerequisite - Tonight we will be meeting to go over basic foundational knots and ties that will be useful for our Rough Body Rope Intensive that will take place the following day. However even if you are not planning on attending the Intensive you are still welcome to come check out this informative class to enhance your foundational rope skills. This night will be led by Jakal who will be teaching the intensive and will be a great opportunity to learn from an excellent educator who is not local to us and learn some basics from someone else's perspective. Things that will be taught include: Half hitch, Munter hitch, Square knot, Reverse tension, Non cinching single column tie, Non cinching double column tie, Karada, Hishi style chest harness, Guatamalan and Futomomo.

Saturday, 8am - 4pm: Rough Body Rope Intensive - This will be an intensive day that includes a 4 part series of classes with breaks for lunch and between classes. Lunch is not provided but there are a few nearby places to get food. You are also free to pack a lunch and snacks to eat. So prepare for a full day of fun and learning with us!

Details: Spring Fling - The group is growing every month, and we are having a lot of fun at the gatherings. If we continue to spread the word we can make this event even more fun and interactive for all. The fee for attendance is still $15 due to rent and materials. I will provide drumsticks and yoga mats to those that need them, as well as other fun stuff, but most people attending prefer to bring their own mats and sticks. And if you have them, cots work great for those who do not like being on the floor. Snacks and water will also be provided. No drugs or alcohol will be allowed at the event.
Space is limited so if you would like to attend you must send me (NHDrummer) a private message to get in, and PLEASE also tell me in that message if you want to drum on someone or if you want to be drummed upon so that I can coordinate a good ratio of participants for maximum effect.
